1.Customer introduction:
As one of the few high-end pipeline steel manufacturers in China, Meishan Iron and Steel has become a supplier of well-known enterprises such as PetroChina. Hot-rolled coil was named one of the top 10 products in China’s metallurgical industry, and carbon structural steel, gas cylinder steel, and automobile beam steel were named “Golden Cup Award” by China Iron and Steel Association.
2.Customer pain points:
In the past two years when metal hoses were used in Meishan Iron and Steel, there were 5 abnormal cooling water leaks in the Second Steel Plant and more than 13 in the First Steel Plant.
3.Solution :
The rubber cooling water hose has better sealing performance, the inner wall of the hose is smooth, and the cooling water flow rate is improved. The rubber is anti-static, and compared with the metal hose, it has better insulation performance and is more safe and reliable.
