In order to meet the oxygen blowing needs of 350 tonage steel making converter, more durable and bigger rubber hoses are needed. The high temperature generated by the blast furnace makes ordinary rubber hoses more easy to aging, and the oxygen blowing hoses need to be replaced more frequently.

The special oxygen blowing rubber hose produced by our company has been upgraded on the technology and materials to enhance the durability of the oxygen blowing hose. The larger size of the hose increase the amount of oxygen，which enhace the efficiency of the oxygen blowing refining。

After the hardworking, the average number of furnaces used for a single oxygen-blowing rubber hose has been increased to 20,000 furnaces, which is four times more than other company’s products.
